Morgan-Keller Appoints New Vice President

Morgan-Keller, Inc. announces the appointment of Charles G. Clark as vice president, business development. Charlie will oversee the business development and marketing of Morgan-Keller, Inc.

Charlie brings with him extensive senior management level experience within the senior housing and construction industries, with companies including Episcopal Ministries to the Aging (EMA), where he was the vice president for facility development and as the executive director for Buckingham’s Choice. Morgan-Keller Awarded Library Project

Frederick, MD - Morgan-Keller is set to start construction of the Brunswick Library project the first part of this year. Demolition of the existing library will take place before construction can begin on the new facility. The new library designed by Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. is a 15,400 sf one-story contemporary building with brick and glass exterior. This project will be LEED certified. LEED consultant on this project is Lorax Partnerships, LLC.

The contract was awarded to Morgan-Keller in December 2009. The construction schedule for the library will take approximately one year to build. Business development manager, Bill Hasson states, “We are excited to begin this new project for Frederick County. The Brunswick library project will be Morgan-Keller’s fourth library project.”
